  I placed an order for a fire grilled combo and it was completely forgotten by the employees. The person before me got their order. Then the person after me who had a very large order got their food. My order was skipped. I waited 20 minutes then went up to the counter. The employee asked me what I wanted..I told him I wanted my order and showed him my receipt. He said nothing and continued to do nothing. I spoke to an older Hispanic lady who's apparently the supervisor and told her what happened. She found my 🌯 burrito laying on a counter somewhere in the back. She apologized and I told her its been over 20 minutes, and wanted a refund. She tried to appease me by offering me free stuff. I told her "look..I don't want free food. I pay for what I eat ok?" She had trouble processing the refund and needed help from yet another person to show her how to do it. How can the employees forget an order when its up there on the monitors and a manager and supervisor are on duty?

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible customer service. On August 1, I placed a mobile pickup order at 7:01 PM and arrived around 7:16 PM. The lobby was already closed, and there was nobody else in the drive-thru or waiting outside. The young man working the drive-thru window around 7:29 PM was extremely unprofessional. He told us our order wasn’t ready and instructed us to park in front so they could bring it out. A few minutes later, he came outside to hand another customer their order. He looked directly at us, clearly knew we were waiting, and completely ignored us before going back inside without saying a word. We ended up sitting outside for over 30 minutes wasting gas, waiting for our food with absolutely no communication or updates. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally got out and knocked on the lobby door for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Their response was, “The lobby is closed.” I wasn’t trying to go inside—I was knocking because they never brought out the order after telling us to wait outside. The young man working the drive-thru that evening was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no concern for customers who were simply following his instructions. A simple update or apology would have gone a long way, but instead we were completely ignored. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an El Pollo Loco, and I won’t be returning to this location.

  Go here this is the good El Pollo Loco. I’ve gone to several other locations and if I’m gonna be honest, the food wasn’t prepared as well as this one and the portion sizing at this one was perfect. Whatever you guys are doing at this location keep doing it. I come here every week and as a working man that works blue collar out in the heat all day I need a full stomach. Amazing work seriously.

  It wasn't even busy and I waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for 2 tacos and when I finally got the tacos they had so much grease in them they weren't eatable.

  WHEN SOMEONE ORDERS ONLINE SO THE ORDER IS READY WHEN SHE ARRIVES IT SHOULD BE READY AND IF ITS NOT THE CONFIRMATION AND LOCATION OF SAID ORDER SHOULD BE VALID AND MADE BEFORE ALL OTHER ODERS NO THAT WASNT THE CASE TODAY, I WAS 30 MINS LATE TO WORK WHEN ALL I HAVE IS 30 MINS IM NOT ONLY IN RTTROUBLE AT WORK BECAUSE OF YOPU AFTERNOON STAFF NOW IM FORCED TO THROW MY ORDER AWAY BECAUSE I CAN NO LONGER EAT SOMETHING COLD AND SOGGY BECAUSE THATS WHAT MY FOOD WILL BE BY THE TIME IM OFF NOW NOT ONLY DID I NOT HAVE LUNCH I M IN TROUBLE AT WORK THANK YOU POLLO LOCO THANK YOU FOR THIS BAD SERVICE.
