A miss understanding occurred at the drive through with a young lady and the manager rudely joined with another head set with an angry tone. I let him know that the miss understanding was due to the staff as I was ordering what was being promoted on the drive through menu and he proceeded to raise his voice and asked me what sides I wanted as if I was the issue. Once I got home I noticed my order was also incorrect. Ernest made the whole situation uncomfortable and left me not wanting to return to this location.

Can not hire people this low quality and expect customers to tolerate horrible customer service. Another horrible unprofessional low quality experience.
