Once we FINALLY got to where we order the lady tells me that they don’t have any chicken and that the chicken won’t be ready until another 30-40 minutes. How does this happen. No chicken at El Pollo Loco. What a concept! Very disappointed! Whoever runs this place really needs to get it together. What a complete waste of time. I would definitely NOT recommend this location. Get it together.
