Never order from this location and manager also hanged up while speaking to them. Horrible service horrible food don’t come here they are rude over the phone as well

I called and the MANAGER JAME JUST LISTENED SILENTLY LIKE SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE!..she was just like “ok yes” so I was like so I’m not sure what to do.. then she was like bring your receipt within a week for a refund or remake.. ok spelled her name barely offered any type of real customer service. She said!ok sorry bye! I will never stop at that one again.. it’s the worst!

We make it custom for us to have Pollo loco at least once a month. Over the past 10 years that averages to about 120 visits at this location. But the last few moths have been crazy trying to get service. No chicken at 7:30pm and asked to come back 30 minutes later for them to say we ran out it will be another 30 minutes. So I'm thinking to myself who is managing this store and these young men that work it. 🤔 Just sad that this was my last visit to this franchise. Being a native from southern California, growing up on El Pollo Loco I'm glad I was able to experience the service and taste what made it famous. 😔 If you're going to order a 16 piece family meal order ahead and reserve your meal 😋
