- SVSilvia VillagranaMay 27, 20261.0i love the chicken from pollo loco but not this location , unfortunately this is the closest location to my home but the service is horrible, i guess i should go very early. if you visit this location after 8 pm they are rushing you to order and to leave because they are so worry about closing cleaning that they don’t care about customer service , water bottles are warm drinks are flat , they do not offered any condiments or tools to eat with. missing items and getting mad at you if you try to double check your order at the window when that’s their job. you see them cleaning just throwing you order through the window with cero interest . 3 times already happened this to me i should know better by now not to come to this location any longer cause you are not getting what you are paying for.
