The day shift makes great pollo bowls. Problem is I get off at 9 pm so I can't get a Pollo bowl after work and that's sad. No one wants to eat this night shift food they make it terrible 😔

There was no queso sauce no guacamole, no fiesta salsa no cheese a tiny bit of beans and hardly any chicken. So your employee was not trained properly or hates his job. No job pride. He/she needs to be fired. This was a pick up order so I didn't realize it was a train wreck. Update 7/20/26...Decided to give another try.....nope, nope talk about shrinkflation I ordered 2 breasts and 2 legs. Smallest chicken I've ever seen! All the pieces were half the size of regular chicken. And the mashed potatoes were so runny because it was more gravy then potatoes they were running/dripping off the plate. Also, since when did they start using boxed potato flakes? Not going back to that location. We'll go to the durango one next time. Never any complaints there. Sad.
