I’ve been charged for a 3-piece meal and only received 2 pieces. I’ve been missing sides, tortillas, and even items like churros that were clearly part of the order and paid for. What makes it worse is that I repeat my order, they repeat it back correctly, and it still comes out wrong. At this point, it feels like there’s zero quality control. Customers shouldn’t have to sit there and double-check every single item or make a second trip just to get what they already paid for. If management isn’t paying attention, they should be—because this is a consistent issue, not an isolated mistake. I would not recommend this location unless you’re okay with incomplete orders and wasted time.
