  Forgot our order,bagels seam like they are day old or frozen or maybe a recipe change? To busy talking to help guests. New design of cash registers seams a bit dysfunctional. I will go to other locations after the experience today.

  Our bagels were great but why are the drinks so bad??? Our coffee had a huge layer of chocolate at the bottom it was more than in the picture I am trying to still mix it in. This was the mocha and the ice coffee was the same. Just chocolate at the bottom. Any place i get coffee I’ve never had to mix my drink because there was a bunch of syrup at the bottom. Just irritating. We had the food incredibly fast just to wait 10 additional minutes for these drinks to turn out like this..

  Besides being ultra slow, unfriendly and overall useless! Do not come here and waste your time and money! Do not recommend this location!

  I ordered 3 dozen bagels for my office 2 days in advance at a specific time to be picked up from Einstein Bagels on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas . Today, 4/22/2026, I walked in to chaos and faces already angry. So I had a feeling it may be a little tiny wait. NOT AN ENTIRE HOUR! I spoke to 3 different people. 1 who was completely unaware, one rude, and one who finally helped me! The one person I talked to twice. Once to check on the order, he saw my ticket nut he brushed off that I had order 2 days prior and said he would TRY to get to it next. Instead he started making drinks for others who were waiting. Asked him again where is my order at. He said he doesn't know. I asked for a manager. He pointed to two girls. (one I had already seen be mean and rude to a customer that walked out so I definitely did not want to talk to her). I finally was able to flag down the other girl who informed me she was not the manager as the guy told me, and that she was off the clock (with a nasty attitude). She calmed a little when I informed her I was not trying to be rude, just frustrated I had been there nearing an hour. She asked is it catering or online. She walked off in the middle of me trying to pull up the receipts in my email as another guy stepped in and said he remembers my face from when I walked in and asked what was wrong. He finally took my ticket (out of the line) and started it. My order was supposed to be ready at 830am. I walked out of there minutes from 930am. I say over an hour wait because I got there 10 minutes early in case there was an issue. AND BOY WAS THERE AN ISSUE!!!!!!!!! I believe that Einstein should refund me ALL of my money for that. That order was for an Administrative Professionals Day celebration that was supposed to start at 9:00am, they didn't get their bagels until 9:40am - ish. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous!!!!!! My whole WORK PLACE will be aware of this madness if it is not resolved ASAP!

  The bagels per usual we're great. The service on the other hand was not. The person who took our order had a horrible attitude I understand they may have had a rough morning but that was not our fault. If you don't care and just want good bagels this is your place, if you care for customer service and don't want to be spoken to like you're the idiot do not even bother.
