  We were helped out by Saige today, GM of another location typically but helping out today. The store is very clean, pretty busy, and keeping the fresh bagels rolling out! From time in line to time walking out with our order, it was very fast!

  I had such a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels, and it was entirely because of Gabby and Adam. Their customer service was truly outstanding. Even though they were clearly busy and being pulled in multiple directions, they never let it show in a negative way. Adam went above and beyond by stepping out from behind the counter to personally hand deliver each customer’s order instead of just calling out names. That small detail made a big difference and created a much more welcoming and personal experience. Both Gabby and Adam stayed friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time, all while keeping smiles on their faces. It’s not often you see that level of care and consistency, especially during a rush. They made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable— it’s not often people take the time to write about a positive experience. Gabby, Adam ,the franchise, and owner of this franchise deserve to know the great job they’re doing.

  This is a great place for a quick bite. They have a big variety of bagels and bagel sandwiches to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

  What is going on with this company? Why are the bagels getting smaller and smaller? Often not fully baked. Too much money for a tiny bagel. I also understand they are using soybean oil in these? At least that is what I gather from their web site. I hope that is not true. I came into this place about 5:30am on a weekday, got ignored for about the first minute while about four or five people were all preparing to go phone orders. I was the only person in there at the time. Someone eventually said hi and began to take my order.
