  Absolutely thievery in this place. The small juice is $3.89 but they charged me $4.29. The juice they sell in plastic glasses is not fresh - it’s Minute Maid. Why bother putting it in glasses then just sell by the bottle. The glass version costs a $1 more. Ordered an avocado bagel which had one measles slice of avocado. Asked to add an egg which I paid for ($4) - wasn’t added.

  The staff is always incredibly friendly. Every time I come in, they remember my name and my order and I’m always greeted with a smile.

  I am a regular here five days a week, and I cannot recommend this location enough! From the moment you walk in, the energy is consistently positive and the facility is impeccably clean. ​What truly sets this team apart is their incredible level of service. They have my order memorized, which makes my morning routine so much smoother. I couldn't possibly single out just one person because every single team member goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They operate like a well-oiled machine, and their "soulful approach" to customer service makes a world of difference. ​If you're looking for great food and even better people, this is the place to go!

  I recently went there for breakfast and the food was awesome and so was the staff. Carmina, Lyndsy n aly were great, thank you for the great experiance

  What a complete mess. We used to be regulars here, but I’m not sure what has happened with management or if they just don’t take training and customer service seriously as a corporation anymore but this has really gone downhill. First, after years of being able to call and make an order over the phone with no issue - they tell us today, it’s new policy you have to do it online and download their app - they refuse to take orders on the phone whatsoever - not even considering the fact I’m driving in the car with my family, trying to corral people and dealing with 4 things at once. So, I pull over and go online to order on the website - they then mess up the order after over charging me and give me someone else’s order. Of course when you try to call to speak to any human whatsoever, they just won’t pick up because why would they if they refuse to take orders on the phone now. This is what really sucks and is unfortunate about this new AI age where human touch is completely lost and you literally have no choice at resolution when there is an issue whatsoever
