Staff is nice but they suck at making a decent sandwich. My order was completely wrong. Sandwich was Super dry even though I ask for extra spread. My bagel was over cooked and Tuff. They focus more on online order than people in the building. Most of the hot coffee was out. If you could drive to a different location I would. I

Very disappointed with this experience. The woman preparing our food appeared frustrated, which showed in the service. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and to make matters worse, we waited 20 minutes for just two bagel sandwiches. This was not acceptable.

I had a very horrible experience this morning. I ordered two bagels both scooped and one with garden veggie schemer and one honey almond and NOT toasted and open faced. I received one toasted with the wrong schemer, and one sandwiched CUT IN HALF, and not scooped! which not only I didn't ask for but totally messed up both bagels. Then the older lady that was working there appeared to be on drugs or something as she was talking to herself. Then she remade both bagels and put honey almond on BOTH! so messed up again! The manager stepped in and took over then the lady said "OH MY GOSH"! At this point I am totally appalled! Made feel so disrespected and offended by the very poor service as this lady clearly couldn't follow the instructions on the screen. I was offered an apology as I told the manager her attitude is awful! But I didn't get an apology for the poor customer service that resulted in messing up twice! Despite all of this, the manager did let me keep the messed up ones. It was a nice gesture, but I couldn't eat it and gave it to a homeless person. Also another thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was also a dirty rag in the cold case with all the cream cheeses on a cart? Very odd. I will give this place another chance, but higher up management needs to address the lady with the awful-poor attitude.

I went in recently sometime this week to pick up an order for me and my bf. And while I was in my car I had wanted to get a head start on eating my sandwich I see a short blonde hair. I go inside to throw my sandwich away because that’s super gross. While throwing away my sandwich I see the manager (I at least assume it is since he was wearing a maroon shirt) but he doesn’t even have a hat or hairnet. And it’s like oh my goodness when I worked in fast food no matter how long or short our hair was we had to wear some sort of hat or hairnet. I find it very very disgusting and on top of that while I was waiting for my food I saw him on his phone and then he immediately went back to making food. Which if I’m being honest is pretty gross. But yeah I’ll be going to another Einstein from now on.
