  Went with Friends and had alot of fun in a separate room. The waiter was funny and kind. Great they asked about food allergies and I was completely at ease which if you have food allergies you know its alot of stress. 7oz filet Mignon amd baked potatoes and a friend had the dry aged steak that looked wonderful.

  We enjoyed a meal here in September that was one of the greatest meals of our lives. We had an outstanding server and our food: organic chicken and Wagyu skirt steak were amazing. Best steak I have ever had. Perfect hard crust w/o a hint of bitter burned flavor, tender but firm bite and cooked to perfect temp. Chicken was golden brown, incredibly succulent and delicious. A lot of skill, heart & great service went into this meal, thank you Edge!

  With Steve Young in the kitchen, James Beard award recipient nothing can go wrong. The food is fabulous. The the details to service is the best i ever seen in my lifetime ( and I’ve eaten all around the world). The greeting from the girl at the front desk is unbelievable.   Friends and I get together every March in Vegas. We hit up a nice place on the Friday before our event. We've been doing this a bit and try a new one every year. Friend that booked it said he had based on reviews. All five of us were underwhelmed. The staff is very nice and professional. Three of us had the filet, one had the salmon and I believe the other had the ribeye. The cocktails were superb. The bread is amazing. The main course though very much lacked in flavor. My 10 oz filet looked more like 6oz. I left hungry. As far as atmosphere, I didn't care for seeing the diners eating at the Italian restaurant through the glass behind the wine bottles. It just lacks ambiance.
