    As you can see my family and I love Dutch bros. But I'm running out of space in my truck to put the stoppers. So maybe Dutch wanna get me a Dutch Bros Truck ? Worth a shot!!!

    Sunday Sept 27 I waited about 25 minutes with two cars in front of me, which was already frustrating. When I finally arrived at the window, the employee attending the window was standing about two feet away, and I had to wait for him to notice me. The vehicle in front of us ended up driving off because of how long the wait was. Instead of immediately assisting us, he tried to give us a previous order, so we had to wait again while he made my drink right in front of us. Meanwhile, other employees were just standing around and chatting. When I addressed the situation and expressed my concerns about the customer service, the employee seemed to be in a bad mood and was not very helpful or welcoming. I’ve never had an experience like this here before, which made this visit especially disappointing. I hope management can address the long wait times and customer service because this was not the level of service I’ve experienced in the past.
