- ADAlex D1 day ago1.0The person who took our order was really nice. I got a strawberry colada drink but there was barely any strawberries ontop so I kindly asked for more and the short girl with glasses and the guy with short brown hair both gave me attitude and rolled their eyes.

- DDDennis5 days ago1.0Just waiting 1 hour for a drink from Nia or Nyla cause their doing ice challenges outside I sat for 1 hour while customers came and went stood up asked how much longer would my drinks be she said 5 more mins I waited 10 mins jumped in my car drove it to the front asked her again how much longer for my drinks and she didn't even know what my order was! I ended up just leaving with no drinks waited there a whole hour! can they focus on work and not making tik tok and videos I paid for a service I waited and hour and a half whole line came and went and walked away with nothing ! Is beyond ridiculous couldn't refund me the money but said hey if you tell me you're drink order again we'll gladly make it? What!? That's insane I already paid and waited and you don't even know my order?! This location needs training! Paid $20 for nothing and I tipped is insane ! Stay away from here !

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
