Tonight I placed an order ahead when I went to go pick up at the estimated pick up time. I checked in at the window and they said they’re still working on it. I waited another 15 minutes before they even started working on it. Perhaps the white coffee is a little too much to ask for. I couldn’t wait any longer because I had an appointment to be somewhere when I was free. I came back within an hour and a half. They tossed my drink. But they said they could make me a new one. I asked for a credit from the broista and was denied. They claimed I lied about the timing, but anybody could tap into the cameras and see exactly that they lied and they didn’t even want to provide me with a free drink afterwards .
- BSB SilvaMay 15, 20261.0Should be zero stars The worst service in the world too busy worrying about there ice bucket challenges then filling orders out a order in got completely ignored for 45 min then they said she forgot to put the order in while hooking her friends up with drinks and ice to do the challenge .. this whole staff should be re evaluated What's more important tik tok or the customer if this is how Dutch bro conducts business just terrible not only bad service but how you stole my money and didn't give me a refund just say sorry that's crazy wish could put zero stars to reflect the service

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
