    Have been coming to this location since it oppend, today that has ended. The worker decided to take care of a car that has just pulled in before us. Even after we told her we were first. No apology or anything, simply she said " I have to do it in zig zag order"

    ZERO if i could give dutch bros a 0 i would. I do not understand why it takes SO long to take orders and to make drinks. All you do is make drinks all day???? Never once is it acceptable to take this long wow. Drinks are great but speed of service and sense of urgency is below a rating i could ever give.

    I’m very disappointed with the service at Dutch Bros. This was my fourth visit, and unfortunately, every experience has been the same. I always feel rushed while placing my order, and my drink is rarely made correctly. On top of that, the ladies working there have not been very friendly or welcoming. I kept giving this location another chance, hoping things would improve, but after four visits, I can honestly say the customer service and order accuracy have been consistently disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on creating a better experience for customers.
