    Extremely Disappointing Experience — Management Needs to Address This A few months ago, my husband and I visited this location and had an issue with our drink order. Our drink was made incorrectly, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, the employee attempted to argue with us and insist that we had ordered the wrong drink. We have never experienced this problem at the Skye Canyon location, where we use the exact same wording when ordering. Despite that experience, we decided to give this location another chance. Our most recent visit on October 14, 2026, was even more uncomfortable and disappointing than our initial experience. As we slowly pulled up to the drive-thru window, the barista immediately greeted us by turning around and positioning herself with her butt pressed against the window area. My husband looked at me in disbelief. We drive a small Mustang coupe, which sits relatively low, and from my seat, the only thing visible at that moment was her lower body. I eventually leaned over and looked out the window to order, at which point she appeared surprised to realize I was even in the car. Her demeanor and posture noticeably changed afterward. I was genuinely shocked by what had just happened and pulled out my phone after ordering because I wanted documentation of the incident. I have photographic evidence of the employee’s behavior, and I believe management should take the time to review it. Beyond how inappropriate and unprofessional this interaction felt, I am also concerned about basic sanitation. The employee appeared to be pressing her butt against an area near the drive-thru window where I have seen completed drinks placed while awaiting handoff to customers. If that surface is used to stage drinks or otherwise comes into contact with food-service items, this raises legitimate hygiene concerns that management should investigate. My husband and I did not consent to being put in such an uncomfortable and suggestive situation while simply trying to order our drinks. Regardless of whether the employee intended her behavior to be suggestive, it made us both extremely uncomfortable and completely changed the atmosphere of what had been an enjoyable outing together. Customers should not have to feel this way when visiting a business. I am sharing this review because I believe the owner and management need to be aware of what is happening at this location. I would strongly encourage management to review the incident, examine the photographic evidence, and address the employee’s conduct and any potential sanitation concerns appropriately. For anyone looking for a better experience, I personally recommend taking the extra few minutes to visit the Skye Canyon Dutch Bros instead. We have consistently had better experiences there, including with the exact same drink order. It’s disappointing to have to recommend a different location, but customer service, professionalism, and basic workplace hygiene matter. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to address these concerns. I have attached photographic evidence of the incident. If I were able to include the video footage, I absolutely would, as it captures the situation even more clearly. The attached photos were taken after I placed my order, immediately after I quickly recorded a video of the interaction, and before the employee changed her positioning.     Why am I ordering 20 minutes in advance to watch the drive through line go through 10 cars and my drink isn’t ready. Regular occurrence here.

    I told 2 times I was placing order, still thought it was pick up. Made my order, made it wrong asked for 1 shot, got 4, asked light ice, got whole thing filled. This location doesnt run well compared to the one in skye canyon.
