- SLSephra LallJun 17, 20261.0Probably one of the worst locations, such terrible customer service. Terrible communication and they make you feel terrible. It's just coffee not your lovely hood. It doesn't hurt to be a nice person or at least use you voice to tell customers what you're doing. Why do you have a walk up window but also have a worker taking orders out there? Why do you make us seem like the stupid people who don't know where to go or who to order with and then you take one persons order and leave. Please do better.

When the employee left, a car cut the line and they continued to take their order anyways. This is a poor business practice and it’s incredibly upsetting that people who break the rules, get to order anyways in front of people who have been waiting in this ridiculous line for 20+ minutes.

I tend to be loyal to another coffee shop so I didn’t know what to order. Francesca helped me order my mocha latte so that I would like it. I don’t like it too sweet which is always my downfall when trying somewhere new. I am grateful to Francesca for her help because I am usually disappointed when I order somewhere new and this time I wasn’t. I will be back!!

I was a bit overwhelmed with their selection, especially since they offered custome drinks. However, Francesca is an amazing worker! She truly helped and suggested me which drinks I'd like and which is usually a favorite amongst the customers. She was very patient with me, especially when ordering drinks and asking questions about them. Her hospitality is great and it made me feel welcomed for the first time! The quality of the drink was amazing and I, definitely see myself coming back again!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
