    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location, and it was entirely due to Lily's behavior. From the moment she took my order, she was short, dismissive, and spoke to me with an extremely rude attitude. After taking my order, she walked away and slammed the outside door. When I got to the drive-thru window, she handed me my drinks so carelessly that they were nearly spilled all over me and inside my car. After leaving, I realized I hadn't received my receipts, so I had to return to the location. When I returned, I used the walk-up window instead of the drive-thru in hopes of avoiding another interaction with Lily. Unfortunately, she was the employee who came to assist me. When I asked if I could get copies of my receipts, she loudly smacked her teeth, let out an exaggerated sigh, and said, "Ugh, yeah, but that'll take me a while." Her response was completely unnecessary and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for asking for something that simple. After retrieving the receipts, rather than simply handing them to me, she shoved them toward my face twice because I had placed two separate orders. Her attitude, professionalism, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but that is never an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable for simply placing an order. I sincerely hope management reviews the security camera footage from my visit, as it will clearly show the way I was treated. If Lily is in a leadership or management position, I find that especially concerning, as this is not the type of behavior that should be modeled for other employees. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, despite its convenience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

    Spent $60 on multiple drinks to be taunted and disrespected by Lily. Not sure why she was rude as I was ordering multiple drinks and it wasnt even busy.. If you didn't wanna work tonight, probably should've just called out 🤷‍♀️

    I can't explain how good these chocolate muffin cookie are!!! Ladies and gentlemen you better get you one!!! I always order too for my big back :)
