- RWrunningkirk waMay 10, 20265.0The loud music speaker outside in drive through made it really difficult to tell girl my order. The music wasn't this loud 2 months ago in drive through. I usually always order at the window, music is quieter on window side. I HATE LOUD MUSIC, JUST WANTED TO ORDER MY COFFEE. Not rolling my window down next time next to that speaker. It's annoying . I come to this location twice a week. Just want my coffee, I don't need loud music.
- LILilly IgartuaMay 10, 20265.0staff is friendly and always helps me order my drink since i like to make my own and tend to sound a little complicated but they always help me with my orders. i live by a starbucks, dunkin’ and im always down to drive a lil more just for dutch. i had the pleasure of lanya s and she was super nice and helpful. two years ago, i wouldn’t have said i was a dutch girlie but now i am a dutch girlie lol service? 10/10 drinks? 8/10 (im very picky lol) snacks? 11/10

My drink was made perfectly, she was patient, attentive, and her attitude alone deserves recognition. Employees like Kassy are the reason people keep coming back to Dutch Bros. She got my drink exactly right and had such a good attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about the people she’s serving, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had :) bonus points for the pink straw

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
