    We normally really like Dutch Bros, so this experience was pretty disappointing. We ordered online for drive-thru pickup, and our order said it would be ready at 5:25. We waited in the drive-thru line until about 5:40, which honestly wasn’t a big deal. What was confusing was that by the time we got our drinks, the ice was already noticeably melted. We order the same drinks all the time, and normally the ice takes at least 30 minutes to melt, so it didn’t make much sense.We also paid extra for both drinks to be extra extra sweet, but they definitely weren’t made that way. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until we got home, so we weren’t able to say anything at the window. We even tipped, so it’s frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive what we ordered. We usually have good experiences here, but this one was definitely disappointing.

    They don’t know how to run a drive-through line to save their life. I pulled in and for some reason they decided to help the two people that pulled in behind me first, I don’t know if it was a their friends or what but if you’re in a hurry in the morning, you expect the line to go in order. Other than the service. The coffee is good.

    We technically live closer to a different location and we come here because the broistas MAKE this spot. They are so welcoming, they know our orders only after a few visits, and they are always spot on with our drinks.

    I stopped by the Dutch Bros on Cactus in Las Vegas and ordered a hot coffee along with a cold drink. The attendant was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, when I drove away and took my first sip of the hot coffee, it was only barely warm, which was disappointing. I know everyone has an off day, and I hope this was just an isolated issue because the service itself was excellent.
