I pay extra for blended & every single time it’s completely watery! They always have a new excuse of why it’s so watery rather than having accountability! This morning not only was my blended completely watery my daughter’s cotton candy shake was even more watery by the time we got home they were like water! Only one made correct was my son’s iced shark attack! So I recommend only getting iced at this location & that’s it!

- AEAanya EmersonMay 27, 20263.0Love Dutch but this location isn’t the best there’s a real issue with there rebels and consistency i always get the same drink a medium iced vampire slayer rebel with grapefruit and for some reason this location either doesn’t add the grapefruit or will use orange instead or today I got a rebel the same order I always get and they gave me one with no flavor added and I asked the guy if they added it it’s supposed to be bright red he looked at it said yeah and I drove off cause girl how are you gonna say yeah there’s strawberry in there and the drink isn’t even red 😭😭😭

Hunter and Swim are especially so kind and always take the time to talk to us. Ary always makes the drinks great. The whole stand has a great vibe and genuinely cares about customers.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
