    The tipping thing for simply taking an order or preparing a drink is kind of getting out of control. I was in the service industry for many years, but it really is getting out of hand. IMO

    Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Latte through the app and asked the employee outside in the drive-through line if they could add extra pumpkin sauce. She said yes. I did the same thing on Wednesday and had no issue. When I got to the window today, I was told it wasn’t added because the drink was already made and that I should have customized it through the app and would have to pay for it. However, the app does have an “Additional Flavor” option, and it doesn’t even charge for it. I was also told they added extra pumpkin drizzle, but there wasn’t any, and the drink barely tasted like pumpkin at all. It honestly tasted like a plain latte. The employee also said I “frequently” do this, when this was only the second time I’ve ever asked for extra pumpkin sauce. I’m disappointed because I was given conflicting information and didn’t receive the drink I ordered.

    Service is not good at this location. 2 days in a row our drinks were shit! And after taking our order I hate when asked if we want to tip them. Absolutely NOT. When in town I will NOT come back to this crappy ass location !!!
