I recently moved, and so I moved my Dutch Bros location, I've never been to a coffee shop this slow. Wow, it was really disappointing. I will go back to the Warm Spfings location, farther, but much faster in the end.

Love this place twice I messed up my order by placing at different location, they simply ask where and remake it for me without a complaint!! Shows true customer service. Will keep coming back over and over for drinks here!!

I’ve been a regular at 4787 S Fort Apache Dutch Bros for a while, but I’m done. The service is a mess, they skipped my car to help someone behind me, then took 20 minutes just to hand my drink to the wrong person. It’s constant mix-ups and zero accountability. Definitely not coming back.

I’m not sure how the line system works for this franchise, but this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ll arrive before another car, yet the employee will go to the car that arrived after me and take their order first. Today it happened again. The employee didn’t seem to be paying attention to who arrived first, and took the other car’s order before mine. When I brought it to his attention as I was leaving, he didn’t seem concerned or make any effort to fix the situation. I understand mistakes happen, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating. I ended up leaving without ordering today because of how the situation was handled. I really think this franchise needs a clearer and more consistent system for taking orders so customers aren’t being skipped whenever some inconsiderate person is willing to cut in front, while the worker is not paying attention. When I end up in front of someone who was there first, and the worker doesn’t notice, I let the worker know, but not everyone has the same integrity, please fix this Dutch bros!!! This is really one of the only problems I deal with and would love to see a change!
