    One name Prie!!! this young man had some of the best Customer Service I’ve seen in a long time and especially to be young. Thank you so kindly for your help on today and the drink was amazing.

    I honestly can’t believe how disappointing my experience was at the Dutch Bros on 4787 S. Fort Apache Rd. I ordered several drinks for my girlfriend, our friends, and myself. Before my girlfriend’s drink was made, I clearly explained that her Sugar Free Golden Eagle had to be made with oat milk because she has a dairy allergy. I then watched the employee pour regular milk into the drink. When I pointed it out, instead of taking the concern seriously, the employee argued with me. Unfortunately, my girlfriend drank the drink and is now sick at work. Food allergies and dietary restrictions are not something to argue about they should be taken seriously every single time. On top of that, the drink quality was disappointing. They even managed to mess up a Shark Attack Rebel, which is a straightforward drink with basic ingredients sparkling blue raspberry, lime, coconut, and a pomegranate float. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make correctly. This location needs better training, stronger management, and employees who understand the importance of customer service and following drink modifications accurately. I understand everyone has to learn somewhere, but attention to detail and respect for customers especially when allergies are involved are non negotiable. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. Do better.

    I dont know what is it about this particular locations frozen coffee machine but the 2 times ive been here the annihilator I have gotten has tasted weird and has been abnormally frothy. Today I actually said something about it and they said this happens when the machine gets refilled. Not sure but the person attempted to fix it by blending more ice in it. I guess it sort of helped but then I had large chunks of ice in my drink from not getting properly blended. Never had this drink taste this way from any other location and ive probably been to 50 stands.
