- NTNancy TreviñoMay 3, 20261.0I am visiting from California and ordered a sugar-free white zombie medium quad. THIS is what I got (see picture). I ended up getting out the car to speak to someone about it and instead of someone being helpful I was looked at rudely, and I didn't appreciate how I was spoken to either. They took the drink, trashed it out just to give me another watered down version. What is the point of ordering a medium to have it not fully filled? Nothing that I experienced today have I EVER experienced from a Dutch Bros. There's not many in California so its something I look forward to when I visit Nevada or Arizona and today I was so disappointed. Still left with a watered down of whatever this is, trashed it myself. Today's experience has 100 percent changed my perspective of what Dutch Bros used to be.

- MMMartinitall702Feb 27, 20262.0I was very excited for this location because the one on Hualipai has the worst parking. It sadly doesn’t deliver. The people are always friendly, but the line is always so long and the mobile ordering seems to take longer than if you went to the drive through. I just don’t have the time to wait that long for a coffee, so I’ll just stick with Starbucks. Maybe if you split the staff to have people concentrate on mobile and walk up and the others to do drive through maybe that could help?

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
