    When are you guys gonna start doing delivery make it easier for people that can’t go and get a drink. I really am stuck on your golden eagle that’s one of my favorites and my daughter had me try but yes if you guys do delivery that be so awesome here in Las Vegas.

    Ordered chai latte with an added shot of espresso, got a chai latte without the espresso. Chai was good, but not sure how you mess up a simple order. Probably will not be back anytime soon.

    I live in Skye Canyon and was super excited when they built this location. I use to drive to the location on Hualapai, so being excited for the Skye canyon location was an understatement. It’s been open for a couple of years now and I think I’ve given them enough time to correct themselves. But they can’t seem to make a drink correct pretty much any time of the day. I’m constantly having to park my car, get out and wait to speak to someone about the lack of effort put into the drink. I don’t get the same thing every time I go but I do have a list of drinks I like to order. It NEVER tastes right from this location. I can go to the Hualapai location further down the road and they ALWAYS get it right. Same thing with the location on Rancho. I don’t know if it’s the carelessness from your employees or if it’s management but it’s definitely hurting your reputation. I can scroll on these reviews and I’m not the only one complaining about receiving incorrect drinks. But they are sooo quick to stick that damn tablet in your face to ask “is the preferred tip ok?”. I’m about done tipping and going to this location. It’s the worse one I’ve experienced.

    This is by far my favorite location and the Rancho location. My drink never tastes as good if I go to other locations arpund town. Staff is always friendly. When it's super hot like this all the employees look uncomfortable even the ones inside. Ya'll should get a swamp cooler for them. Super cheap to run even with the windows open. Way cheaper than an air conditioner.
