    Get in the drive through line only if you have about 30 to 40 minutes to kill because once you’re funneled into this trap, there’s no getting out. Ever since mobile orders became a thing here, the wait times have been atrocious. They really haven’t figured out a system to manage the increased volume. Dutch Bros, please put up some sort of timer or clock outside the building that helps people decide if they have enough time to wait in the drive through line. Friendly staff and whatever, sure, but it’s not chill or cool to be waiting for a coffee for 40 plus minutes.

    I get Dutch Bros once or twice a week, it’s always the same drink, and this location messes it up most of the time, which is annoying. This is the closest location to me but I’ll have to go to Hualapai because the workers here rush the drinks and can’t make them right. Take the time to make it properly, we are paying $6-$7 for a coffee and tipping so it sucks to get a crappy drink. One time I went back and the manager handed me a kid cup with chocolate sauce in it and said “here, mix this in and it should fix it”. It did not. The correct customer service approach would be to simply remake it and apologize. None of that happened and just wanted to give you a heads up, this location sucks.

    There’s no indoor seating. It is drive through or outside seating. Service is usually pretty quick as there are 2 drive thru lanes. Easy to customize drinks. There is limited food menu, sweets and microwave breakfast sliders

    I love this Dutch Bros. It is the best coffee, the best service, and the prices and drink sizes beat all. I am a regular here, every night. They know my car, and sometimes even have my coffee(s) ready by the time I reach the window at night. The night crew there is the best, Anna, Bella, Anna, Tatiana, Bailey, to name a few. This truly gives off the cheers vibe!!!. They are the best, and highly, highly recommend...Sometimes my little doggy Garcie comes too, she loves their pup cups. This place beats starbucks any day, any time. Their cold brew is never bitter, likesome other places or their hot coffees too!!! LOVE IT. ❤️💙
