  Although there is a dutch bros closer to my house, I will always come to this one. The customer service is unmatched 🥇. Grace was so happy to take my order this morning. She was very quick and energetic, and always gets my drink perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

  i went to dutch bros for the first time the other day and let me tell you it’s so much better than any other coffee shops. the workers are so nice and personable, especially Grace. i got the chocolate milk (cookie flavored) that Grace recommended. so good.

  I had never liked dutch bros, personally I have always been a starbucks person, that was until i met one very special worker.. Grace. She stood out from the very first time I walked into Dutch bros on 6651 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. She greeted me with a smile, not a “I’m only smiling because i have to” kinda smile, but a “I’m so happy to welcome you to the dutch bros family” smile. She had this lure in her eyes, which dragged me into the palace and plopped me down right infront of her. She gave me that god given smile again and asked for my order. I was so distracted by her beautiful gaze that no words escaped my mouth. She tilted her head, as if to say “this woman is crazy” but she didn’t actually think that. She’s patient. I shrugged, and asked her to choose. she recommend me the 911, to which I agreed, and watched as she made my drink. She skipped towards whatever machinery that was required to make the drink and severed it to me. Then she did the thing. Her signature wink. I couldn’t help but get a little flustered. Regardless, that drink was the best thing to ever happen to me. I now frequent Dutch bros, and I have yet to get anything grace hasn’t recommend, because i know she has the best judgement. Thank you grace, I feel our connection growing every second. We love you!!💕

  Jonae took my order today and was incredibly kind and friendly! She had such a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed from the moment I pulled up. Even though she only took my order, her great customer service really stood out and made my visit more enjoyable. Thank you, Jonae, for being so sweet and making customers feel appreciated! 😊💙☕️

  First off - I love every single employee I have ever dealt with at every Dutch bros location I have been to - but I specifically need to shout out Krystal from this location . I asked her to add “sweet mama” to my friend’s cup because we just found out she is pregnant. She went above and beyond and decorated the cup with confetti & added blue & pink lollipops 🥹💓💙 When I gave my friend her cup, she instantly bursted out in tears 🥹 Such a small act , made all the difference and I will always appreciate the customer service i received from Krystal. Krystal I hope that when you read this , you’re always reminded to continue being the amazing human you are & continue putting smiles on everyone’s faces 🥰
