    I wanted to order my usual drink a little differently by adding a little chai to my cold brew. The guy wasn’t sure how to put the order in so he asked the manager. She came out to give me some options for my drink. They were both very helpful and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She even printed out a receipt with another way to order it in case I wanted to try something different. They went above and beyond!! I wish I lived closer to this location so I could go there every time! Good job W Charleston!

    Ashley and her crew are next level! Always Friendly happy they go the extra mile, and even when things go wrong they take accountability and they make it right. I highly recommend the location on Charleston with Ashley and her team.

    Amazing Experience! I work as a professional gambler and every day before I hit the slots I Gotta get my Dutch Bros! It might just be my lucky charm and the light of my life. Anyways, the broistas that serve me every day, are so kind and they recommended one of the best drinks I've ever tried, specifically I believe they call it the sparkling soda with sugar free salted caramel.

    Update 10-12-26 (photo added) 7 cars in one lane, no order whatsoever, I go the the other lane with nobody in it and the "line buster" came over and said she will come back and take my order after the other cars. But if I placed an order they will put my order in now. The manager here is awesome but nobody follows her rules when she isn't there. Ester attempted to take my order after allowing 2 additional cars in front of me when the sign shows it's a zipper on how orders are taken. To pay $8+ for a drink and being skipped is crazy. I try to follow there rules on there sign and then it is just a free for all, why have the sign? I really wish management would train better or at least tell staff to follow there own rules.

    While I love this Dutch Bros and have been here many times, my recent celiac diagnosis has changed what I order. The other Dutch Bros I go to is incredibly accommodating to my gluten allergy, but my experience here was disappointing. Your team should know what’s gluten-free; saying chocolate syrup isn’t gluten-free when it is is concerning. You can say you can’t guarantee no cross-contamination, but saying they contain gluten when they don’t is inaccurate, since other locations have verified that most drinks are gluten-free. Your employees must be informed about allergies. The other Dutch was incredibly sweet and assured me they followed the proper steps to make sure my drink was safe. I even watched the guy rinse the pitcher with hot water 5-10x, which I appreciated. This should be the gold standard; do better lol. Having celiac is isolating enough.
