  Haley was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, friendly, and always had a beautiful smile. She was helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her positive attitude, kindness, and outstanding customer service. Such a wonderful lady!

  We stayed at Gold Coast for 5 days and ate at Dublin 3 times. The breakfast sandwiches are very good and they have sugar free refreshers that were good. There is young guy there with curly hair that works there that was the rudest person ever to my wife, she was charging a couple of drinks to our room and because the credit card is in my name, not hers he wouldn’t charge the room. The reason I wasn’t there was because I was 100 feet away checking out of our hotel room where I could visibly see my wife at the counter, the front desk rep (Rosalind)was calling Dunkin to acknowledge to use the room to pay for it he wouldn’t charge it unless I was stopped checking out of the room and showed him my ID. keep in mind that it was my wife (With the same last name and is also listed on the room) and he kept saying that he couldn’t do it with her signature. The crazy thing is that my wife have signed for a donut and coffee at this Dunkin’ the day before with no issues. The front desk rep apologized for that and said that was the 2nd complaint she had received for that guy at Dunkin. We’re from California and Las Vegas has changed so much, it used to be that customer service was the 1st priority there, but now these young people are making $20 an hour and have no idea how to treat people that are paying customers. It’s sad that lAs Vegas has strayed away from good customer service and verbally abusive to their paying guest. Again, the guy at Dunkin with curly hair and around 6 foot tall in his early 20’s was the rudest person at this Dunkin.

  The location and parking alone made for a hassle free pickup. The young lady had a great personality. The food and coffee were predictably good per the people I ordered... Thanks for the convenience.
