  If you don’t tip, they consistently make your drink worse and worse and get rude so you don’t come back. They suck. Not happy people. Tips for a coffee… don’t be so entitled. My drink wasn’t even full. It is like 2 inches from the top and bitter

  Some of the staff, not all (There's a very sweet elder lady), are quite rude and act as if they can't be bothered. It's my least preferred location. They don't greet or thank. I typically place mobile orders and they won't add flavorings or light ice over and over again. Maybe drive a little father for accuracy & common courtesy.

  I recently visited your location and was disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced. When I walked in, there was no greeting. I placed my order using the kiosk, and when my food and coffee were ready, there was not a single word—no “hello,” “thank you,” or acknowledgment. The employee simply handed me the items and shut the window. I am not expecting exceptional, Starbucks-level service, but I do believe every customer deserves basic courtesy and professionalism. A simple greeting or thank you goes a long way.
