I went today… a sunday and there were two younger boys working. Nothing was wrong with the food they were just so unprofessional. They were screaming at the top of their lungs and swearing and saying inappropriate things. Not only could I hear them through the window they even continued to say inappropriate things when they were taking my payment. I was shocked. These two boys need to be talked to.. or even fired.

Unfortunately, the last few times the coffee again tasted terrible. You lost a customer who visited frequently due to the taste of your coffee. Not only is there an issue with the coffee;but also you don’t put butter on the ordered bagels, as other DD do. At least, I am served a hot buttered bagel as the others DD. From your your service, I have to eat a cold not buttered bagel.
