Horrible, horrible customer service. I was in the drive-thru around 9 a.m. with a crying child in the car, just trying to get him a donut and a coffee for me. I accidentally missed the speaker. Big mistake!
When I pulled up to the window and explained what happened, the young lady there told me she couldn’t serve me and that I had to go back around. She literally refused to take my order. I tried to explain the situation, but she just said no and told me to get back in line.
I honestly could not believe it.
I ended up going to Starbucks down the road, got my coffee there, and to top it off, the person in front of me randomly paid for my order. So it worked out in the end. but wow, the experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was terrible.Horrible, horrible customer service.
