I came in, first person I saw was on her phone, no greeting, no big deal. Arcell, the young lady who helped me(whom was on her phone when I walked in) met me at the register and pretty much stood there until I asked for something. I asked for a gift card and a maple bar. No absolute interaction other then how much on the gift card and my total. As my transaction was processing she was grabbing the maple bar. She turned around threw it on the counter along with the gift card and walked away. No goodbye, didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt. I sat there trying to get someones attention (because I wanted my receipt) until she heard because no one else did apparently. She came back with an attitude rolling her eyes, nearly shoved the receipt in my hand, and walked away. I’ve been working in customer service for a very long time and that by far has been the worst service I’ve ever been given.
