I showed them the order history, and it turns out they didn’t have any munchies. Instead, they gave me a half-pack of glaze donuts, which aren’t fresh and are disgusting—my daughter doesn’t even like them. Wasting money, I need to throw these away. I’m so disappointed with them.

I order it all the time, and he rang me up for $13. I told him I know the price and asked him to please review it. He called the manager, and she said everything was correct. I showed her in the app that it should be under $10. She fixed it. At the end, he gave me my coffee in a tiny little cup that was overflowing. I asked for a bigger cup, and he gave me a cold-water cup, not a coffee cup. I was like, OK, can I have a lid now? He gave me a lid for a straw cup, and I'm drinking hot coffee, not iced coffee... but he didn't give me a straw. Totally the wrong cup for my coffee. I was like, OK, I don't want to fight anymore. I just want my coffee and bagel. They gave me my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I went to my car, opened it up, and it was a croissant with egg and cheese, but no bacon?! I didn't want to go back because I hate fighting over stuff like that, but I at least wanted the bacon, so they fixed it. I went back to my car, but then I realized they forgot to put the pump of vanilla syrup in my coffee. You can't make this stuff up. I didn't go back anymore... I know the job market is tough and it's hard to find good people with good hearing, but can employees at least be trained to repeat an order correctly? Maybe this whole thing wouldn't have happened.. I like talking to people but I guess in this internet world I rather stick to my app and order it there to make sure they wont mess it up. Here is another 5 minutes of my day typing this shit
