- EVEdward Vodektoday2.02 people working one in the back would not help the gitl she was doing drive thru and counter many people waiting. Got my coffee and it was warm not hot i just left threw it away i wasnt waiting another 20 mins. Im surprised the girl didnt walk out as she was well beyond her capabilities

While there is typically 1-2 persons working that usually shine above the rest, the supporting cast always sours the experience. Wether it’s a mess up on the order, lack of customer service, poor body language, and an off putting environment. Today, I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for 2 food items just for 1 of them to be incorrect and not have cream cheese as requested and paid. There was 1 lady who led with empathy and seemed to cared that it was taking longer than usual, everyone else seemed to not really have any passion or careness. I go to this Dunkin a lot cause of how close it is to my work place, but there is apparent opportunities here to make this location run more efficiently and have a customer oriented mindset.
