  Always only one employee working. I feel bad for that person. The wait is always 20 minutes or more

  Worst DD CS ever, ordered egg and cheese on a croissant, got charged for ham and cheese, when i told the lady she says they don't have egg and cheese, took hash brown, overly cooked barely edible. No wonder they got 2.5

  Had to grab a snack before my flight home, but the ladies there were rude, looks like they hate their job. My coffee that I ordered with Almond milk had regular milk in it after all, and they do not accept app pay or gift cards.

  The woman that worked this morning 3/6/24 at 5 am doesn’t need to be working there she is far from customer service. Walked up let a couple go in front of me. She prepped and prepared there order like she had until Christmas to get it. Then after 5 min of doing there order not once acknowledge any of the 4 customer waiting for service. She helped the man that brought in the morning donuts and not once said to those of us waiting ( Good morning I will be with you in a moment. 10 min go by another customer asked if she was open because she acted like we didn’t exist. Very poor customer service . No smiles nothing just a bad attitude. I ended up walking away along with 3 others. I am a flight attendant and her attitude was unacceptable and if this is what quality you ask of your employees Then you all need to close down. Very bad experience for a start of the day.
