- AGAdam GJul 29, 20261.0I guess I misunderstood what "open until 7:00 p.m." means. Apparently, at this Dunkin', it actually means, "We'll be here until 7, but we'll stop selling coffee whenever we feel like cleaning the pots." I pulled up at 6:30 p.m.—30 minutes before closing—wanting one hot coffee. After waiting to get to the window, I was told they had already cleaned the coffee pots and didn't have any coffee. So let me get this straight: the donuts aren't being made fresh that late in the day, the coffee is already gone, and you're still "open" for another half hour? What's actually left to sell? I completely understand closing duties have to start before closing time, but if your signature product isn't available 30 minutes before closing, maybe your posted hours should reflect that. Just a disappointing experience for what should have been the easiest order imaginable.
