  The area, service, and food/drinks were all excellent. Nevertheless, the early closure was somewhat disappointing. During my time in Chicago, I appreciated establishments like Dunkin' Donuts that were open 24 hours, allowing me to grab coffee even after midnight for my overnight work. If your coffee shop could stay open until midnight or later, it would likely attract a significant number of customers who work late shifts and are seeking coffee.

  I’ve ordered from this Dunkin Donuts location through UberEats four separate times now, and every single order has been missing straws. Four times is beyond ridiculous. It’s such a basic thing to include with drinks, especially for delivery orders. It honestly feels like no one is paying attention when packing orders. I kept giving this location chances because they’re new in my neighborhood, but clearly nothing changes. They seriously need to get it together.
