Today I came in to order the same pizza, but the manager, whose name was Manila (or Marida), told me that offer was not available and seemed upset with me. I explained that I had ordered the same pizza several times before and even have receipts as proof. I was disappointed by the way I was treated. I understand if policies change, but customers should be treated respectfully and given a clear explanation. I hope management can improve communication and customer service in the future.
