I put in an order tonight, never arrives. I check the tracker. It was marked delivered an hour ago. To the WRONG apartment complex. I call the store. They tell me "it was left on the chair" I have no chair. Only a birdbath. They then tell me I need to go to the other complex and just take the pizza off their porch. At ten at night. That is their only solution before eventually offering a credit. No refund. I lost my points and a pizza they owed me from their last screw up on my order.

But during Lent, Ramadan, Dias de Pascual how ever you name it... but they guy we took my order Toby was one of the best customers service, I have had in a fast food place. He was not just nice but helped me out getting my vegan pizza made better than I expected. He went out his way to make sure he didn’t do any cross contamination with my pizza. I liked the fact that he cared more about my region than most people do. Toby you have a great heart, keep doing an amazing job. Promote him as a manager!!!

The ethics at this store are a bit questionable. The latest incident was them marking the pizza as delivered nearly 15 minutes before it actually arrived. When it arrived, the pizza had made contact with the top of the box and transferred cheese to the lid
