I told him multiple times that the order was ready and only needed to be handed to me, but I was ignored. I ended up leaving with a cold pizza because of the unnecessary delay. Completely unacceptable.

After confronting him and asking that he should practice basic hygiene and it be remade, he proceeded to become hostile. He told me “I was a waste of time and next time I see your name for an order I’ll make sure to spit in your food”. I cancelled my order and so did the two other customers behind me. It was a Tall white male with a deep voice along with his “managers”. Disgusting behavior, I can’t imagine what the customers before me have consumed here. The staff declined to produce a receipt or give me their names .
