  We had a wonderful experience at Diner Ross and were so impressed by the level of service and attention we received throughout our dinner. Our server, Brisa, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of from beginning to end. Manager Matt also came over personally to check on us and asked if there was anything they could do to make our experience even better. That was such a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. Matt then brought Chef Louis over to speak with us, and Chef Louis prepared a special trout dish for me with mushrooms and a sauce he created specifically to accompany it. The combination was excellent. The sauce had so much flavor and brought all of the elements of the dish together without overpowering the trout. The mushrooms complemented it perfectly, and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavor. You could tell there was a lot of thought and care put into the dish. What really stood out was the personal attention we received. It’s not often that a manager and chef take the time to come over, speak with you, and make sure you have something you truly enjoy. Those details can completely change a dining experience, and they certainly did for us. Between Brisa’s attentive service, Matt checking in on us, and Chef Louis creating such a memorable dish, the entire team made our dinner feel special. Thank you to Brisa, Matt, and Chef Louis for such a great experience. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and the personal attention made this a dinner we will definitely remember.

  This is an amazing place. Alfredo made it possible for us to have an excellent time. This restaurant is so chick and cool. Totally my vibe.

  We love going to Vegas, and the food is what keeps us coming back. This was our first visit to Diner Ross, and we loved it! The atmosphere is great, the food is amazing, and the service was top-notch! Brisa was our server, and she did a fabulous job! Looking forward to our next visit!

  The atmosphere is pleasant however calling this a steakhouse is a stretch. I enjoy staying at the linq and was excited to hear they added a new restaurant. Steak was over cooked and the side was just okay. I don't see this lasting long in a competitive food town like vegas. I have had better meals at in and out. Look elsewhere for a good meal.

  진짜… 여기는 스테이크 좋아하면 꼭 가야 하는 곳!! (알프레도 완전 친절함👍🏻👍🏻) 한국에서는 보통 미디움 웰던으로 먹는 편인데, 여기서는 미디움으로 주문했더니 겉은 완벽하고 안쪽은 살짝 핏기가 보이는 정도. 처음엔 “괜찮을까?” 했는데 한입 먹는 순간 생각 바뀜ㅋㅋㅋ 육즙이 진짜 미쳤...... 드라이에이징을 어떻게 한 건지 모르겠는데, 그냥 짭짤하면서 깊은 고기 맛이 계속 올라오고 전혀 질리지 않음,. 주문한 Dry Aged Bone-in New York은 씹을수록 풍미가 살아나는 느낌… 왜 드라이에이징 하는지 바로 이해함. 그리고 같이 먹은 Short Rib Pasta는 진짜 예상 밖의 미친 메뉴ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 크림 파스타인데 그냥 크림 파스타가 아니라, 부드러운 크림소스에 장조림 같은 결의 진한 숏립 고기가 들어간 느낌이에요. 고기랑 파스타 조합이 이렇게 잘 어울릴 줄 몰랐음… 스테이크 + 숏립 파스타 조합은 진짜 완벽👏 와인은 가격대가 있는 편. 저희는 $240 정도였는데, 할인으로 $120에 마셨습니다. 잔 와인이 대략 $20 정도라 6잔 이상 마실 예정이면 추천받아서 캘리포니아 와인 한 병 시키는 게 훨씬 이득이에요🍷 맛, 분위기, 음식 조합까지 여행 중 가장 기억에 남는 식사 중 하나였습니다. 라스베가스에서 제대로 된 스테이크 찾는다면 강추! Honestly, this was one of the best steak experiences I’ve ever had🔥 (Alfredo was super friendly and made the whole experience even better!👍) I usually order medium-well steak in Korea, but I tried medium here and it was absolutely amazing. The inside was slightly pink, but the flavor and juiciness were on another level. After the first bite, I completely understood why people enjoy steak cooked this way. The Dry Aged Bone-in New York was incredible. I don’t know how they dry-aged it, but the flavor was so deep and rich. It had this perfectly seasoned, savory beef taste with unbelievable juices, and surprisingly, it never felt heavy or boring. Every bite was full of flavor. The Short Rib Pasta was also unexpectedly amazing. It was like the perfect combination of creamy pasta and Korean-style braised beef (jangjorim). The tender short rib with the creamy sauce was such a unique and delicious combination. The steak and pasta together were honestly a perfect match. The wine is a little pricey, but if you’re planning to have more than 6 glasses, getting a bottle is definitely worth it. A glass is around $20, while we got a California wine bottle that was originally about $240 but discounted to around $120. Amazing food, great flavors, and one of the most memorable meals of our trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great steak experience in Las Vegas!
