We booked Delilah after a recommendation from a friend who enjoyed it a few years ago. It was really disappointing. We arrived to a surly receptionist who said ‘wait whilst I arrange a better table for you’. We waited…. The table was next to a large stack of plates on a shelf that was constantly used by waiting staff. Literally on top of us. There was a huge column obscuring the stage from our view. The food was not very good quality but very expensive. Two dishes had to go back (mushrooms that tasted of vinegar and an overly salty salad) but to be fair they did not charge for them. The wine list is extremely expensive - many bottles are 4-5x retail price. An excessive markup. Finally the singer was so out of key that the band seemed to be laughing when she sang. All in all it was a surreal experience with poor food, poor entertainment, unenthusiastic staff apart from our waiter who was really very pleasant and apologetic. So if you’re thinking of booking this, think twice. SW Steakhouse in the Wynn is similarly priced with excellent food!
Absolutely awesome place to go to, the combination of the ambience, the service, the live performance and the food makes it just perfect
On each front mentioned about the they have excelled, even a chicken tender or a pig in a blanket was elevated to high quality let alone the steaks or the chicken - my guests were very impressed by everything
The live performance is also very impressive and very well done, it is pleasantly in the background and doesn’t overpower the conversation
I’ve been there before and I have all intentions to be there again
I wish they would have allowed to take videos as I could have shared an example of the live show
My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday, and overall we had a great experience. The atmosphere alone is worth mentioning—it's absolutely gorgeous. It has the feel of an elegant 1950s-style lounge with live entertainment and incredible attention to detail throughout the venue.
One thing to be aware of is the price. Our group of ten had to commit to a $5,000 minimum spend just to dine there, so this is definitely a special occasion type of place. Since we were celebrating, we decided to go for it and enjoyed the prix fixe menu.
There was an unbelievable amount of food—far too much to list. We had everything from steak tartare with fries, Beef Wellington, lobster rolls, and their delicious milk bread to chicken fingers and much more. Most of the food was very good, although the chicken fingers were disappointing and had a rubbery texture.
Was the meal worth the price? In my opinion, probably not. That said, this is Las Vegas, and you're paying as much for the experience as you are for the food. We had a fantastic evening, the service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff made us feel well taken care of. Dinner service is limited to 90 minutes, so keep that in mind when making plans.
One final detail—the restrooms were surprisingly luxurious and fit the upscale atmosphere perfectly.
Overall, despite the high price tag, we had a memorable night. I'd definitely come back for the ambiance and service, but next time I'd order differently.

On July 26, our group of five had an 8:00 p.m. reservation. I had been to Delilah once before and absolutely loved the atmosphere, entertainment, and food, so I was excited to return.
When we arrived, we were told they were running about 15 minutes behind and were asked to wait in the lounge. Unfortunately, we weren’t seated until nearly 50 minutes later. During that time, no one checked in with us or provided an update. We had to approach the host stand twice ourselves, and each time we were simply told we’d be seated soon—without so much as an apology. It felt as though they were doing us a favour rather than valuing us as guests. This is certainly not the level of service I would expect from a restaurant of Delilah’s caliber.
Once we were finally seated, we shared our disappointment with our server, Courtney. She completely turned the evening around. She was kind, empathetic, genuinely listened to our concerns, and went above and beyond by comping a few items for the table. Most importantly, she made us feel heard and valued.
Courtney was exceptional. Without her outstanding service, my experience would have been a one-star review. Thank you, Courtney, for making a disappointing start end on such a positive note. Because of you, I will absolutely return.
If you want the full, glamorous Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas experience without committing to a massive dinner, sitting back for cocktails and light bites is the perfect move. The Old Hollywood live entertainment and 1950s aesthetic are mesmerizing. The strict no-photo rule creates a fantastic, exclusive atmosphere where everyone is just enjoying the music and live band instead of staring at screens.
The cocktail program here is exceptional. I ordered a Dirty Martini, and they nailed it—perfectly chilled, savory, and served with those crucial blue cheese stuffed olives that make all the difference.Instead of ordering heavy entrees, we paired our drinks with a classic Caesar salad and shared appetizers. Everything we ordered hit the mark:
The Caesar Salad: Crisp, refreshing, beautifully dressed, and the perfect starter to balance out the savory drinks.
The Tuna Tartare: Incredibly fresh, clean, and beautifully presented with a bright balance of flavor.
Delilah's Famous Chicken Tenders: Do not skip these just because they are chicken tenders! Made with high-end chicken and paired with house-made dipping sauces (including an incredible hot honey), they are crispy, elevated, and absolutely deserve the hype. The Verdict:Pacing ourselves with martinis, a salad, and upscale shared plates allowed us to really relax and focus on the incredible live band. It is an expensive night out for a lighter meal, but for the world-class entertainment and atmosphere, it is worth every penny.
