  I hesitated to post this review, but our experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. I chose Del Frisco’s for a special date night. We live in Inspirada, prefer dining away from the Strip, and had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for quite some time. My wife ordered the lamb chops medium, but they arrived well-done, with portions that were burnt and tough. I ordered the $75 prix fixe short ribs, which were unexpectedly dry rather than tender and juicy. The accompanying sauce was so salty that I could not enjoy it. Even the Caesar salad felt underwhelming for a restaurant at this price point; the Parmesan appeared pre-shredded and did not seem consistent with the quality we expected. I understand that food preferences can be subjective, but both of us left genuinely disappointed—especially considering the cost and how much we had anticipated the evening. Unfortunately, the food did not come close to meeting our expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. We dined there on or around August 17, 2026.

  First off, this place probably has the BEST live music I’ve ever experienced in my life. Service was 10/10. Our server was so attentive, kind and efficient. I appreciate how they brought out a butter cake for my birthday. The ribeye and lamb chomps were phenomenal. Great meal if want to get off the strip but still enjoy fine dining. Thank you Del Frisco’s!

  Wow, wow, wow!! We dined here tonight for the first time. My wife and I took our aunt and uncle for his birthday and we were blown away! Everyone on the staff was so nice, friendly, and attentive. We loved the chill atmosphere. It's so nicely decorated with the perfect ambiance. The food was the best meal!!! We had several appetizers, including the bacon, the calamari, and the meatballs, and all were divine. And I never knew a sirloin could melt in your mouth that way. The cream corn and au gratin potatoes were out of this world! And for dessert we did not skimp. We had the lemon cake, butter cake, and strawberry hibiscus cheesecake. All three were delicious. Our server, Angela, was phenomenal!! We will definitely be eating here again next time we're in Vegas.
