  Team member Clyde is a spectacular asset to your staff! He takes customer service to another level. Our son is on the spectrum and usually has a difficult time picking out items in the prize area with the digital tickets he has. Clyde stepped in and with ease catered to our son with warmth and care. To say the least our son walked out with a big smile on his face! This recognition does not do justice to the great experience Clyde provided and I will forever thank him for that! The world needs more kind-hearted people like this especially dealing with people from all walks of life. Great job Clyde and God bless you!

  Bartender not reading servers tickets waited for drinks very long then she was cursing behind bar Thursday july 2 downtown summerlin we were at a table bar had 2 guests I done know what she was doing

  We have taken our kids here numerous times. Games are great, not overly busy on weekends during the days after lunch time. But we have had trouble with restaurant service a few times. One time we got up and left after waiting for a server for over 30 minutes. The food and cocktail drinks are mediocre. Cocktails are quite sugary and very weak, the food is equivalent to Applebees food but 25% higher priced. They need to switch out there prizes regularly. We go about every 3-4 months and prizes are always the same. Kids have well over 25k points because a 6 and 8 year old don't want any of the same junk they already got there. Great location to just play and eat somewhere else for us!

  The manager was AMAZING he was very friendly very understanding and kind. The other lady I’m assuming a supervisor very kind as well. The waitress HORRIBLE. Didn’t check on us , confronted us when we had an issue and she confronted us in an aggressive way. But the manager fixed everything when I say he is a kind man. I work in county hospital I don’t ever complain bout ANYONE but the waitress was to much and the manager he handled it very kindly in a professional way. He deserves and higher position because it’s rare seeing people like him .

  I recently went to celebrate my kid's birthday at this place and experience was horrible. I guess you don't go to Dave and Buster for food. 1. Food was terrible 2. My kid got food poisoning from the pizza. O had to take him to the hospital for dehydration, he couldn't hold anything down. 3. The server was giving attitude every time we were asking for something (alyah, I believe the name is). 4. The server was by herself with no runner helping. There was water on the floor I can't even say for how long cause nobody was able to clean it. 5. My kid, the birthday boy was waiting for his apple just at least 20 minutes bc the server forgot about it. 6. My food was terrible 7. I spent almost 1000$ that night and I feel I just wasted my money there. 8. I'm never going to this place again!
