  We had my son’s birthday at this location and had the best experience possible. We had a large party of 70+ people and food, service, and attention to detail was impressive. In particular, Manager Woody, Ana, Marty, and Victor made this an unforgettable experience. Beyond grateful!

  Very clearly racist security. Literally physically stopped my friends and I from entering. We were all dressed in shorts or leggings and tee shirts, nothing crazy. We're 3/4 over 30 years old. No reason to stop us, definitely not as aggressively as he did. We were asked for our IDs inexplicably, then asked to move aside for a group of white children to pass by us and enter. 3 of us are Black. So either this is a racist establishment or just incredibly and selectively rude.

  First- I hate placing reviews and I hate cooking steak! Tonight we went out with my 9 year old son. We sat for dinner and my son (who had steak once before and I cooked it) he wanted steak so bad. We placed our order and my husband and mine came out. This was weird. The kids usually shows up first. The server came out and apologized and said the kitchen was definitely behind because they were booked tonight. We did wait quite a long time and his food and it did show up, but at this point, he was full of my food. The server went out of his way to make sure he asked us if we wanted refills or anything else he told us we would get a free dessert because of the situation. That made my son ecstatic! The server was named Cody! If not for Cody, this would’ve been a bad experience, but Cody was so kind so generous! I highly recommend if you’re able to go to this Dave & Buster’s in Downtown Summerlin Cody will definitely take care of you.

  We’re having dinner here with our two boys and my wife for her birthday, and it was especially fun because we happened to be here exactly 10 years ago for the grand opening of this location. We live right down the road, so it’s great to have a place like this so close to home. Our server, Donna, was fantastic. She provided great service—fast, friendly, and attentive. I had forgotten just how good the pretzel rolls, sliders, and campfire sauce are! We got Power Play cards and had a great time. It was a fun birthday dinner, and we’ll definitely be happy to come back. Thanks, Donna, for making it a great experience!

  So why the 1 star for overall? I'll tell you. My son loves Dave and Buster's and when we are on vacation he will always look to see if there is one in the town we are visiting. so we went to this one on 6/23/26 at around 130pm. My wife and I sat at the bar while my kids played the games. We ordered a couple of appetizers along with cocktails. I noticed a sign at the bar that read no children under 21 allowed to sit at the bar. I asked the bartender if I should have my kids sit in a booth behind me when the appetizer's came. He said no, they can stand behind you and grab an appetizer just not sit at the bar. The appetizer's came and we did just that, my kids stood behind myself and my wife while they grabbed an appetizer. It was at this point a female waitress came over and said my kids had to go sit in a booth because they are not allowed to be in the bar area. My kids decided they did not want anymore food and went to play more games. I didn't think anything of it. A few minutes later I noticed 2 guys sitting at the end of the bar. I noticed that they ordered quite a bit of food and then I noticed 2 kids...maybe 10 years old sitting at the bar eating. I waited to see if this was going to be addressed by the female waitress. It was not and yes she was working the whole time. Walking through the bar area but oddly this group was ok to actually sit at the bar and finish there food, never approached by her. I hate being singled out, especially for petty stuff that I was not doing even though I was being accused of in the first place. I unfortunately did not get the name of this tattooed, female waitress who only minded my business for some ignorant reason that I probably don't want to know.....I hope it wasn't a race issue. This incident will not stop me from going to Dave and Buster's but I'll probably not go this one anymore. I would like to say the bartender was great and the food and drinks were also very good
