- TKTiare Kanahele3 days ago3.0Was an okay experience at Dave n busters arrived on an off time 240 pm and was not seated or approached for 10 minutes … service was alright I had to get my own utensils… food was delivered and no way to eat our food… then we waited longer for her to return I timed 20 minutes between visits. And it is not that busy on the restaurant side … food was not consistent in temperature and fries were soggy… I would come back again hopefully to a better experience….sometimes people have an off day …
- TUTony Ungaro3 days ago5.0I had an issue with one of the eat play combo ticketing machines. The manager Woody was upfront at the host desk and kindly greeted us and helped us along the way. He was not only extremely nice but understanding, accommodating and really went out of his way to do the job of helping us complete the process for our pass. I don’t really write a lot of reviews, but I had to because Woidy even went all the way to the back to get more information about our pass and ended up helping us out tremendously and we could not be more appreciative. Thank you Woody! You are a wonderful manager and the company is blessed to have you.

The staff always takes REALLY good care of us, and the food and fun we get for the price I pay is VERY much worth it. It is something my students look forward to each year, and they work hard all year completing specific goals to earn their spot.

The staff is so helpful, they accommodated our last minute time change and made a beautiful sign. Ana and Cody in particular were vigilant to our needs and I could not recommend them more. My kids were bummed to not be able to play everything. For the price and experience I’ll stick to the other local arcade at south premium outlet. More selection of games and their service is great. This was okay as a one time thing but for how big a company this is it felt underwhelming. The summerlin location never had these issues. Steer clear of this place.
