Well my wife went to one of our favorite memories from my kids childhood after each one of there baseball games. so she decided to take our granddaughter to the same one we used to visit when her dad was her age and what a disappointment. We ordered two small cones with dip and their was barely any ice cream not wanting to complain we ordered two swirl ice cream sundae to go. Well that was an issue because rudely she told us there is no chocolate. So she said i'll just take them with vanilla. that was also an issue she handed her plane vanilla. she told her I ordered sundays she said no you didn't and proceeded to pump some chocolate syrup in it and then only gave me one instead of two and I thought I would just call it good and go. This is what you get for a $5 sunday a small amount of ice cream that looked like a blob in the cup. Oh and by the way I also tipped the young lady should have taken it back. looks like i'll be finding a new spot for my Granddaughter and I.

Decent ice cream, however I feel like they are inconsistent with how much toppings they give to their customers. I noticed that I get more topping when the nice girl named Olivia is making my blizzards. Every other worker seems to give me less than when she makes them. I always leave disappointed because only she makes them with a lot of toppings.

I pass by here a lot, but don’t come by much. Which is kind of a shame because Dairy Queen was a huge part of my childhood. Anyway, I popped in today and I just wanted to say that the food was as delicious as it’s always been, and the girl working did a great job. I just got back from Europe where in general, customer service was thousands times better than it is here, no matter what someone was selling or doing. Pretty sure she was the only one working, there were a number of customers coming in, and she was detailed, kind and very pleasant. Didn’t need to be “above and beyond” to warrant a review , could just see she was a hard worker and cared what the customers wanted. These days it’s hard to expect much from most service experiences. But I’ve run a customer service company before and this employee is exactly the type of person I would have hired and promoted so I hope the manager/owner knows they have a gem and I’ll come back more often with the kids to support the business.
