  This place sucks. Most of the time there’s only one person taking orders and making them. The older lady that works there is miserable, she usually just sits at the back and if she’s ever helping up fromt she just has no passion at all.

  Horrible horrible customer service from Manager at this location. My Mom passed away today & my little one with Autism asked for Dairy Queen ice cream all day, finally I had time to place an order for a blizzard for him & he was so excited! We make it there at approximately 8:40pm to pick up his ice cream, my husband goes to the door and the door is locked with the employees just looking at my husband, he was trying to ask for our money back at least since we already placed order. I called that store and the manager answered very rudely, saying they are closed because they AC is out and I asked her how can u get a a refund on my son’s ice cream, she tells me the order has not been made, we don’t have ice cream or AC & that I can go the app and cancel order and request a refund and to call the number. The number in the order was the number I called to ask her, then the app is saying that order was picked up at 8:45pm, my husband had to go through this contact form to complain but still no refund or Ice Cream & the rudeness of the employees is so unprofessional and looks bad on this business. You never know what kind of day people are having and there is no need for unkindness when you work in customer service. Save your time, money and & headache and go to better quality service. This economy is to bad right now to just throw away money and time.
