  I guess because this location is a full restaurant, it cost more. Camping it to one closer to home, but that location only has ice cream and cakes. Food was ok! But, them prices or high!

  Ordered a large twist cone and a medium code. The large and medium were the same size and I questioned why they looked so bad (looked like a rectangle of ice cream just thrown on top of the cone) and why they had the same amount of ice cream and was told "We weigh them out. You got what you paid for" every Dairy Queen besides this one has made great large ice cream cones... They had the classic cone look and a huge amount of ice cream. Only one time have I had to say something before and they fixed it immediately with a great remake... Not here. You can see what these looked like shortly after leaving the drive through with the pictures. The girl argued with me. Didn't try to make it right and just explained why I was wrong. 12 dollars for two cones is already ridiculous and then to make them like that... And then to argue with me when I'm showing you how bad/small it looks for a large. Needless to say. I won't be back... Will drive to a farther away DQ if I even go anymore with these crazy prices.

  I rarely leave bad reviews but I have ordered from this specific location at minimum 4 times over the last several months and every single time they mess up my order. I never order anything more than 2 blizzards at any one time, its usually a snickers or strawberry and SOMETIMES I will customize and ask for more strawberries to be added. However without fail every single order has been wrong. Ive received strawberry filled blizzards not only without the ADDED request but also without the baseline strawberries that are already part of it. Today we ordered 2 snickers blizzard with vanilla soft serve and BOTH blizzards were barely filled and instead of vanilla soft serve it was chocolate. I usually give some grace in these situations but messing up every single order every single time is infuriating and with how expensive everything is right now, its no longer worth it to be constantly disappointed. Never ordering from here again. ***edited to add - after eating a few bites, I came to realize that the Snickers blizzards we ordered with chocolate soft serve instead of vanilla were also NOT SNICKER but brownie. You really have to go out of your way to continuously mess up orders like this...

  Went through the drive through and got a chocolate brownie extreme. Left and took it home to enjoy, I live maybe 4 mins away. Began to eat it and noticed a sour taste to the ice cream. It wasn’t at all normal. I did reach out to the store and told them what I encountered. They put the phone down, and I waited and I waited for a few minutes. Person came back on the phone and I was told to come back and they’ll do a different flavor. I wasn’t calling to have a re-make done, I called to let them know something in their ingredients was spoiled! Never in my life had I ever had ice cream that was sour until today. Customer service was horrible as I was just brushed off. So sad for this place, please, whoever is reading this review be cautious of this location as I’ll never visit it again. They don’t take food quality serious at all. I wish I could do negative stars!
