  Let me start with the positive. The food was delicious. Very flavorful. The meal for me and hubby included a small variety of snow crab, shrimp, mussels, corn, lobster tails, and sausage. Side of garlic noodles is a must. The negative: it took over 45 minutes to get our food!!! Came in at 2:20. Wasn’t crowded so we were seated right away. Our order wasn’t taken until 15 mins later. As we waited, we watched our server take reorders of food and serve the All You Can Eat bags to the tables to the left and to the right of us. Three more tables of three guests each came in 20+ minutes AFTER us and were all served their food before us!!! Waiter didn’t visit our table to reassure us that our food was in progress. When our meal finally arrived, no apology from the waiter, nor explanation on why ours took so long. He continued to return to all of his other tables to see what else they needed, but only came back to us when it was time to pay. And even then, he never asked how our meal was, or if we needed anything else. A man who I believe to be management was there, sitting at a table on his laptop with no food the whole time we were there. And when he got up to do a round, he saw we had no food, walked past us, and just greeted other tables. Come on, 2:30 pm isn’t prime time for meals. Consider having more servers. And ask the servers that you have to be attentive on how long a table has been sitting there without taking an order, or without food! We would have been understanding if the place was packed, but it wasn’t! And to watch 3 tables of bigger parties get served before us?! Not cool at all. Even though I gave the food 5 stars, we will not return there, and we suggest that you do not dine there either, unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don’t mind being ignored.

  Worst service possible. They have better service at Mcdonalds. 1 hour and 30 min and only one order of ayce. After 35 min they came back and asked if we wanted more when we had already ordered our 2nd round and nothing. They come back and say order was lost sorry. Unbelievable. Manager is the worst doesnt even come back while explaining what had happened he just said ok and walked away. No solution nothing.

  Kimmy was our waitress today. She gave exceptional service! She was very personable and did a fantastic job explaining the menu to us! I was also very impressed with her patience and attention to detail (bringing napkins, refilling drinks quickly, etc.). Because of Kimmy I had a good first experience and will definitely be back!

  Sadly i didnt take any pictures but flavor and quality of the food was incredible everything tasted so fresh and cooked to perfection Robert was our server and he was super friendly and accommodating to me and my little family just amazing!!! If youve had boiling 🦀 then you will most definitely like this place as much as we did We had the family style AYCE and upgraded to the unlimited snow crab!!!!! I cannot wait to come back again!!!!!

  My friend & I went to Crab N Spice for the first time. We ordered fried catfish with cajun fries, shrimp with cajun fries & fried calamari. The food came out at all different times. First they brought my food, then they brought the calamari appetizer & 5 minutes later my friend got her food. My food was no longer hot by the time hers came. The calamari was pretty much a big clump that was not easy to pull apart. The fried catfish had no flavor at all & it was really greasy. The shrimp was the only thing that I thought tasted good. It was cooked well & was seasoned great. We did get good service considering there was 1 person waiting all the tables.
