Horrible food horrible water. Either it tasted old unseasoned or under cooked… definitely not a place to brag about, nor will we be back….. water tasted like how the restroom smell.. never again

The food seems and tastes really good, maybe was a bad day to make an OLO. The restaurant was crowded and associates seemed overwhelmed. (They were pretty busy, no greeting or acknowledgement. 😅

Well you live & learn; I lived to go to crab n spice (1st time visitor) and I learned not to go back!! Paid $49.99 for the lobster boil (3 tiny lobster tails) and then had to pay $1.75 for 1 corn cob & $1.50 for the 2 smallest potatoes I have ever seen. I have had plenty of seafood boils and I never paid a la carte for the corn or potatoes, which usually includes 2 of each with the price of the boil. I was referred here, but I cannot refer because I have had much better boils at way better prices!!

We first walked into the establishment and instantly felt liked they were attacking you telling you that I just want to let you know that if you pay with a credit card you have w to pay with ID if you do t have an ID cash only. We were like okay I have my ID. So she said than scan here and put yourself on the wait list. After about just 5 min they sat us. Teresa was the server. We did all you can eat which we have not done with them before we usually order the combos but Teresa felt rushed and helping us through the AYCE menu seemed like something that annoyed her but we got through it. She was not on her game the entire time. When it came time for the check I asked to give my phone number for the rewards program. I have 100 points right now and we spent well over $100 so it would have been another 125 points. No one in the restaurant knows how there rewards system works. The hostess in the front said and I quote “ WE JUST WORK HERE they don’t train us barley at all and we are all like new and no one heard of the crab and spice app here” I’m like okay can I just get a corp number so I can call and get them to add the points on for me. They said no you can probably find it somewhere online but they don’t provide us with any numbers and we can’t help you here. Unfortunately this was a big waste of money for me two out of the 4 of us did not even order seconds and my sons seconds came with all mussels that were completely closed. I was so excited to go back after the first time we went but now I do t see myself going back anytime soon. There servers and hostess that I dealt with did not show any means to help out and there attitude did not even warrant the tip I felt obligated to leave. I would skip this place for sure. There not ready quite yet with all the new people I guess. There is so many places to choose from next time I will chose somewhere else.

We had a great time at Crab N Spice. Not only was the food good but the experience was just as fun.
The server, Rupa (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) was great. The AYCE menu can be a little confusing because of the add-on options but our server was very patient in explaining it to us more than once.
There are different heat/flavor options. I was being daring so I chose spicy. It was good but 2 points above my comfort level. So for the next bag I chose medium which was very mild but also lacked the flavor of the spicy. I'll probably stick with the spicy. It wasn't that bad.
My one concern was that sometimes when requesting additional items, I received them in small serving dishes and not in the bag with the flavor. I could add it to the bag I already had, I guess. The lobster add-on was not worth it on this occasion as it was overcooked and had no flavor.
All in all a good time and I look forward to returning now that I understand the menu better and can streamline my options. The snow crab cluster is a great add-on.
