What an incredible experience! The brewery was fantastic, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. David, our server, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. The chef was funny, outgoing, and clearly passionate about the food. The sushi was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!
We've been to Cin Cin before and had an excellent experience, which made this visit even more disappointing. We arrived right at 2:00 PM for happy hour to enjoy some oysters. The restaurant was nearly empty when we got there, but we were told the oysters were running behind.
As time went on, more and more people arrived, and to our surprise, several tables that came in 30 to 45 minutes after us ended up being served far more oysters than we received. As I'm writing this review at 3:30 PM, my wife and I have been here for an hour and a half and have each eaten a total of just three oysters.
I understand delays happen, but the way orders were handled was frustrating. If oysters are delayed, they should be served in the order customers arrived, or at least there should be some communication about what's going on. We had a great experience here in the past, so this was a real letdown. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we'll probably choose somewhere else the next time we're in Las Vegas.

Cin-Cin Brewhouse & Seafood Bar was a really unique experience. It’s incredibly creative, artsy, and thoughtfully designed—definitely different from the types of places my family usually gravitates toward. We weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we ended up enjoying the experience.
The atmosphere has a cool local vibe, and you can tell they’ve found their niche. While it wasn’t necessarily our typical style, it was easy to see why locals, professionals, and regulars love spending time here. The food was fresh, the service was great, and the whole place had a personality all its own.
If you’re looking for something a little different from the typical Vegas experience, this is worth checking out. Even if it’s outside your comfort zone, you may find yourself appreciating the creativity and care that went into making this place special.

We were so excited to finally try the happy hour at CinCin, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, a waitress greeted us and we requested to sit at the bar. We always enjoy bar seating because we love interacting with the bartenders and watching the atmosphere behind the bar, but that was not our experience here. We sat for about 15 minutes while four gentlemen worked behind the bar, and not one acknowledged us or offered service.
Eventually, we flagged down the waitress who had greeted us, and she kindly took our order and helped us throughout our visit. Aside from someone briefly saying, “Here is your edamame,” no one behind the bar acknowledged us during our entire time there.
The highlight of the visit was definitely the 99-cent oysters. They were small and very flavorful and absolutely worth trying. We also ordered the ceviche and red wine mignonette on the side — I would definitely recommend the ceviche pairing.
One thing to note is that happy hour currently does not include draft beer due to licensing issues.
Overall, while the food — especially the oysters — was enjoyable, the lack of service and hospitality at the bar was not what we expected. If we return, it would likely only be for the oysters. Hopefully others have a better experience than we did.

I went yesterday for happy hour, and the food is good, but the service was very below average. I was barely greeted when I walked in, in fact, I was mostly met with blank stares. Now the layout is like a traditional Japanese sushi bar. Where you can see who’s preparing the sushi. I sat at the bar and again was met with blank stares. But what I really thought was odd, was the chef and his staff would greet everyone else so warmly. And I couldn’t help notice that the couple that sat next to me even got the specials of the day explained to them. Nothing was explained to me. I look at the menu and I order what I think will be good. I also wanna know that I was there for about 20 minutes eating and it took around 20 minutes for me to even get a glass of water. I never liked to bring race Into it, but I have to say I didn’t notice. I was the only black customer. I love oysters and I love reviewing food. I am a food blogger on TikTok but if you are a POC, I really don’t know if this is the place for you. And I think it’s funny once I started pulling out my camera to take videos and photos of the food, that’s when the head chef started to check in a bit more. I don’t know. I just felt really cold, especially since there were only like four or five guests in the whole restaurant at this point.
