I ordered directly from the Chipotle app, which was a mistake. I should have just ordered from Uber Eats anyway the store forgot to give them my first bag and only gave them the second bag then I had to go back to the store and get it and they were supposed to remake it because it was already 30+ min and clearly they didn’t because I came home to shit. worst store ever!! does my picture look like it was freshly made?! I live 7 min from the store.

Despite the rush, Christian was fast, efficient, and maintained a friendly smile throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic truly stood out. It's rare to see someone handle such a busy line with that level of energy and care. Thank you, Christian, for providing such excellent customer service. Because of this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location!
