  Found a hair in my food. The worst Chipotle I’ve been too have had several bad experiences but this was the last one.

  The customer service is terrible and the employees are incompetent. I ordered nachos, as advertised in their commercial. When I did she said the chips are a side so you’ll be charged extra…I said ok. I asked for queso. She said that costs extra… I said ok again. She takes one scoop of queso and pours it straight down the middle and asks what else I want. I’m pretty sure it’s common sense to anyone that nachos are pretty equally covered in cheese throughout, nobody wants to each dry nachos. So at this point it’s clear she for some reason doesn’t want to make nachos, too much work for her I guess. But what bothered me was the incapability to give a customer what they are looking for. You are charging me extra for cheese, so give me cheese how I want the cheese. Some people don’t care about the cost, it’s my food, not your food, you can make my food how I want it… refusal to do so is poor customer service. Anyways I walked out. Lost a customer

  The service is horrible, the employees are always very distracted never pay attention on what their doing, they always forget to give you the correct food. I called back to get my refund and they can't even get that right. This place needs better management and better customer service

  Omg!!!! Are you kidding me?! This buzzer goes off the entire time im there and still going off and all these kids are working and I said can you turn off and he said I dont know its just a buzzer. I was seconds from having a seizure I might even have ear drum damage. Had to be 8 kids in there and none of them cared it was so loud. Then you have the homeless man dancing inside. 2.8 rating? Its not going to get better at this location.

  Food was okay, chicken was cut really big, but the service was noticeably unfriendly. I spoke to multiple employees while ordering, and several seemed irritated or dismissive. There was very little acknowledgment, and simple questions were answered in a way that felt abrupt. The entire line seemed to be having a bad day, which made the experience uncomfortable. I understand everyone has off days, but customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing staff just by placing an order.
