Since when did burritos shrink to only 6 inches long? love the food and the service is great.

It was first timing coming in awhile so we were shocked to see they had honey Chipotle chicken super excited, but then when it was our turn there was no more honey Chipotle chicken, there was no more steak, no more Barbacoa. We wanted to order 2 bowls of honey Chipotle chicken and 1 honey Chipotle burrito. Nope had to settle for 1 barbacoa (barely enough), 1 steak (barely enough) and 2 chicken burritos. I did also notice that Drive thru employees im assuming they were all out in their station bc they kept coming to the front and taking food from the front. It was 4:30 this is dinner time for most ppl. Disappointed. Wait, but I also noticed alot of ppl ordering the honey Chipotle chicken at the drive thru and 1 employee actually got the regular chicken and mixed the honey Chipotle for that customer. We were told they were all out, was hoping our server would have done that for us. Do Better!!

When I arrived, there was no crew member at the front counter, and I had to wait about a minute for someone to come out from the back. I ordered two 3-pointers something I have purchased at this location multiple times before. However, I was told they don't do 3-pointers. I explained that I have been ordering them here regularly but the employee still refused without providing a clear explanation. The inconsistency in how customers are treated is frustrating. As a loyal customer I expect policies to be applied consistently. Due to this experience, I contacted Chipotle Corporate to report the issue. I hope management addresses this and improves customer service at this location.
