  I started a group catering order more than 24 hours in advance, however, to ensure my order was not lost/burried I thought it best to finalize my catering order at the restaurants opening on the date in which I wanted to pickup (as my pickup was not until late afternoon). Of course, when I went to finalize my order that morning, the website said that catering was not available... I called the actual location but an A.I voice bot refused to connect me to a live human at the location... I was however sent to a "Catering Specialist" lol... who proceeded to tell me that catering is only available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Nowhere on the website was there a warning that catering orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Instead of giving me a contact number for the actual location, the Catering Specialist proceeded to lecture me as to why I should have known better than to wait on placing my order. I work near a local Chipotle location and that location is always slow... Instead of boosting business with a catering order, I will Instead never purchase from any Chipotle again.

  A picture is worth a thousand words. Soggy, wet burrito. Cut it in half and it was so soggy, the second half just felt apart. So disappointing as this location usually is great.

  Food was amazing and the quantity is too good 👍 but I feel the person who handled me the food was bit rude instead of handling the guacamole to my hand she slides it over which is not nice

  I had free chips on my account. Kameron the cashier said I had no free chips. I paid for my order only to find out my receipt didn’t show that she used my rewards barcode to even receive the points for my order. Those points would have gotten me free entree but I don’t plan on going to chipotle anymore. ROBERTOS TACOS $1.59 chicken tacos on Wednesday is where I’ll be at! They should send Kameron back to training on how to run the POS system.

  Chipotle is notorious for questionable customer service. Don’t get me wrong, I understand their frustration when dealing with unruly and demanding customers—but we were neither and received the worst customer service imaginable. There were two young women on the line, no name tags, they were visibly pissed off, irritated, and annoyed that they have a job to do. The bottom line is that they were disrespectful to not only myself, but also others in line. They threw the food at us (not literally, but slid it aggressively in our direction) and treated us like we were slow. The location on Fort Apache (although further away) is much better.
