Came here last night 5-15 at about 8pm. I was looking around while in line thinking..should we really eat here? It was filthy, there were umbrellas thrown across the hall, the employees cooking looked like they were just standing around confused or something. All of the sudden one of them yelled out “IF ANYONE WANTS STEAK OR FAJITAS ITS GOING TO BE AT LEAST A 45 MINUTE WAIT!”
Ok…bye. Why would it take 45 min to cook steak and vegetables and why are you out of food on a Friday night…and just from the sheer dirtiness and bad vibe of this place it was a sign. We left and will never be back. I would suggest doing something before this location closes. Where is any leadership - these people are failing this place. Sad

Two times I've gone here and placed a pick up order. First time they didn't have my order ready after 30 minutes and the second time it was almost 40 minutes while I watched them make 20 people's orders as they walked in. Both times food wasn't great.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch at 12:05pm (05/11/26) and there was a line, to be expected! The first flag i seen, was when people ahead of us began leaving but hey I thought, less time waiting for us! Wrong!
We noticed that there was one girl taking orders, building burritos or bowls, then handling the register. We saw several other employees come out of the back and hand pick up orders to waiting customers. I even heard one person say they called in an order rather than wait in the line! Second red flag!
By now 30 minutes had elapsed and do we stay or do we go somewhere else? I figured we would wait it out, as we were halfway in the line and it was now a battle of wits! Red flag on me! We finally get to order and we see the solo employee changing out the rice trays that had been sitting behind her, not on the steam table, but on the cold metal table next to the hand washing sink, that she never used (she only used hand sanitizer and changed her gloves, before getting a dish rag to wipe down the prep table and dump the combined lettuce, sour cream and meat residues into a bowl) she did change her gloves and used hand sanitizer before starting our order.
She built our order and we payed before sitting down to eat.
Final time from when we walked in until paying...55 minutes! To top it off, the food was cold! Took a few bites and we bagged up our leftovers and left! We were on the way out and met some nice people who weren't happy with the solo employee trying to handle everything and we told them we waited 55 minutes! (stubborn me!)
It wasn't the solo employee's fault as it appeared the crew in the back were more concerned about the Uber and take out orders than helping the solo person trying to handle the line that stretched to the entrance. The only thing that was right was the guacamole, that the employee forgot to charge us for! We didn't notice why it was so cheap until we checked our receipt after we left! Understaffed, poor quality of food since they changed their menu, and the one redeeming factor was the girl who was trying her damnedest to fill the lobby orders!

The employees here should ask customers whether they want to dine in or take the food to go, and also ask if they would like any drinks. Instead, they just wrap the food up and hand it over without caring about customer service.
Also, the last time I came here, the rice was undercooked and the chicken was not cooked properly either. I hope the management improves both the food quality and customer service.

I have eaten a lot of Chipotle over the years. A LOT of Chipotle. My experience today was among the worst I've had. Chicken was burnt and overcooked so bad it was black. Eating the chicken at this location is more of a carcinogen than cigarettes. Fajita veges were raw. Chips were a relatively small portion and were borderline soggy. I recommend going to a different location.
