  I have been to a few chipotles and I usually enjoy the food and the places that I have been to before this location was clean and the staff was friendly. The other locations also gave good portions and I was happy paying the money for my food(Chipotle is not cheap and my salad with chips, drink, and guacamole usually adds up to $22 including tax. But this location does not give proper portions, and I went there around 11am on Monday and the place barely had food to even serve its customers. The staff looked over worked and they didn’t seem like they were happy and it shows in the way they interact with the customers. I think it’s managements fault I don’t blame the employees. They need to hire more staff and have better organization so their employees can better serve the customers that patronize this location. I like Chipotle’s I’ve been a big fan of this chain for years, and have lived in other locations in the US over the years and my experience was great until I went to this location. I will go a little further to another location and give that a try. But it’s a shame because this one is close to my house. You lost my business and I don’t think it’s just me. But if you hire more staff, and train your employees maybe you can turn things around.

  The evening shift tonight, the two girls working the from counters were just terrible. Not kind or helpful, terrible attitudes, sloppy work when prepping orders. All the meat selections were basically unavailable except for the chicken, which tastes burnt. I ordered a bowl and burrito to go and when I got home the burrito, which was made sloppy/ falling apart, was tossed on the bowl and smashed it in. The host name on the receipt was Amy, I don't know which girl she was but they both were terrible.

  Placed an order 30 minutes prior to open because app gives the option. I went there at opening time to find out my order was not ready. General manager Monica and staff not very professional. Not an apology from their side. Had to ask. Very poor customer service. It's not food or the brand the issue, it's the staff running it. I don't recommend this particular location.

  Food was bland the floors and tables were filthy, no trays no spoons. The only positive thing was the speed with which the line was moving but then again I went at 9:45pm and there were only 3 people in front me. Everything was mediocre about the spot. Chipotle lost their touch a long time ago. I go back every now and then in hopes to see a reversion back to the mean but it's a never ending disappointment. It's obvious corporate doesn't care enough to implement any real change.

  The employees at this location is very unprofessional and lazy. They stop cooking at 9 o’clock even though they close at 11. The rice is always filled with sauces and looks super dry. They never have any of the meats around 9:30 and they stop cooking at about 930. I’ve came here around this time four times and they never have anything in the food is super disgusting and old and dry.
