The rest of us were patient as we understood it can get quite busy on a friday evening, but the lack of manager support for the team actively being harassed and the service itself was nothing short of astounding. We got our meals even if there was a bit of a wait after the altercation, and the front staff served it with a smile and a wonderful conversation. I hope that the girl in the glasses do not face wrongful termination for vocally defending herself and her team because of those despicable individuals. Love from Deutschland, A

After my bowl was finally made, there was no cashier, so I had to wait again with my bowl sitting on the counter. It was several minutes before someone came and by that time there were three of us to check out. The atmosphere is generally fine, but when I arrived (lunch time) there was an employee scrubbing the entryway sidewalk with a machine and water everywhere. Everyone was trekking through the water and tracking it inside, so the concrete floors were wet and slippery, which I considered to be a safety hazard. I'm not sure why they did that chore during the busy lunch hour. It just feels like maybe they're having some management issues.
