- TBTroy BosciaAug 1, 20264.0The food is usually good, but the cleanliness needs serious improvement. Almost every time I visit, I have to wipe down my own table before sitting down. Employees should take the time to regularly clean the dining area. The drink station should also be monitored more closely. Allowing people to come in off the street and freely use it creates an unsanitary environment and raises concerns about cross-contamination. The same applies to the food-preparation line. Please clean the prep surface as burritos are moved down the line so customers don’t end up with beans, onions, or other ingredients they didn’t order. I enjoy the food, but better cleanliness and attention to detail would go a long way.

Instead of trying to resolve my concerns, they seemed uninterested and made the experience frustrating. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting a restaurant, but that was not the case during my visit. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the level of customer service for future customers.
