  Today I came in the afternoon I say around 6pm, I had a very amazing experience. A nice young lady named Tammy took my order and boy when I tell you the burrito she made and wrapped up was immaculate! She was very patient with taking my order since I haven’t been there in a couple of months. Everything was so fast I don’t even think I lasted 5 minutes while ordering! I’ll come back to this location I recommend, I was so happy with everything.

  I came here yesterday around 8pm, I understand the mall closes at 9 but I don’t think I came too late to order at all. The girl who made my order seemed really upset , and the burrito she made me was cold and wet, I asked her to give me another tin foil because the original one had juice all over it and she still used that one. The staff member who was on register was absolutely awful. Once I had my food , I waited 10 minutes AT THE REGISTER with 5 people behind me WAITING TO PAY. You could see the cashier in the back changing trash, and having conversations with other employees while we all stood there waiting for her. When she finally acknowledged that she had to do her job, she ignored me at the register when I was literally right in front of her, I had to tell her “ I still need to pay” , in which she responded “what?”, like yes I am telling you that you still need to take my money, she never apologized for keeping me and everyone waiting either. On top of that I tried to scan my app for points but I didn’t recieve any points so I guess it didn’t scan and she never cared to say anything , and I didn’t even get a receipt . I can understand doing closing tasks on the side , nothing wrong with that but completely ignoring customers and your main job while doing that is just terrible service. Imagine you go somewhere and there’s people working and you just want to pay for the food you got but everyone is just ignoring you.

  Chipotle Mexican Grill is authentic Mexican cuisine & is conveniently located next to the airport. Food is freshly prepared & staff is friendly. In this competitive world, wowing clients requires food quality, customer services & overall ambiance and atmosphere to be top notch. Overall, good quick bite restaurant that offers freshly prepared food.

  The service was very slow, and only one employee was working the food station. Employees would occasionally announce that they were only accepting mobile orders, which confused several customers. A sign or QR code explaining the mobile-order process would help. I waited until my scheduled pickup time, but my order still wasn't ready and had to be made after I arrived, resulting in about a 20-minute wait. My order was also missing the free Queso Blanco that was included with the promotion.

  Super disappointed in my favorite go to. Chipotle is better than this location portrays. They have a dining area in the mall across from the location by a few feet and I was asked to move while I was sitting there preparing my online order since the store was busy and dirty. Keep in mind, this is at 5:45pm they are “closing the area to clean.” I have no issue with the employee, she was professional, maybe a bit cold but that can be expected towards the end of the long day. I more have an issue with how this store is run. It is filthy and there are several people in the back loudly laughing and conversing, but only one employee to deal with a line of 5+ people. Meanwhile the other employee/cashier is closing their dining area two hours before they and the mall close. No cleanliness, no customer service, no energy. I’ll stick to pick up orders from now on. NOTE: Fountains are out at this location and the cooler was dirty, not cold, and not stocked. Go elsewhere if you want a drink with your meal.
