The drink I received was hot, and when I asked the manager if it could be exchanged or if I could simply get a cup of ice, she said she couldn’t do either. I want to be clear that I was not asking for anything free. I simply expected basic customer service and a reasonable solution to a problem with my order. The manager was also on her phone for most of the time instead of paying attention to customers. Very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

The cashier, who stated that she was the manager, behaved in a hostile and unprofessional manner, which made the entire interaction extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing and did not taste good. According to my receipt, the host listed for the transaction was Maria. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, especially by someone representing themselves as a manager. This experience fell far below those expectations and seriously needs to be addressed by store management.
